Eryn DeSchryver – Operational Specialist

I am an Escrow Officer and Operations Specialist at Canopy Title Services. My experience in the real estate industry spanning over 10 years made the transition into title seamless. As an operational specialist, I not only conduct closings but also oversee the production team to ensure the most outstanding customer experience. I have handled all types of real estate closings that vary from simple to complex, including commercial transactions.

I believe in delivering the highest level of customer service, and my philosophy is simple – “treat others how you expect to be treated”. Understanding the nature of a realtor’s day-to-day business, I pride myself on being accessible and responsive. I also look forward to every personal connection that is made through the closing experience.

One of my primary goals is to exceed your expectations and build long-lasting relationships in the process. My passion for challenges and problem-solving has helped me stand out amongst my peers throughout my career. I have the determination to work through any obstacle that arises throughout the title process to ensure a successful experience for all parties involved.

Beyond my professional life, I have been happily married to my husband and best friend for 12 years. I love spending time with my family and going to the beach. My beautiful daughter plays travel softball, and my son is an amazing drummer. My four older sons and their wives have given me 5 perfect grandchildren. Additionally, my 2 bulldogs keep the chaos going, and there’s never a dull moment in my house!
